About the Role: As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that are aligned with the National Curriculum, whilst supporting pupils’ individual learning journeys. You will promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture and work collaboratively with colleagues to raise achievement and standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching across all core subjects, tailored to meet the needs of all learners. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and growth. Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform planning. Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development. Maintain effective classroom management and uphold the school’s values and behaviour policies. Contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular activities and school events. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is essential. Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school, ideally across multiple Key Stages. A thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to support diverse needs. A nurturing and reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development.
