To provide exceptional administrative and customer support throughout the employer and learner onboarding process for UCS College Group’s skills provision. The Onboarding Co-ordinator ensures that all learners and employers experience a smooth, efficient, and professional start to their journey.
The postholder will work across Apprenticeships and other training programmes, ensuring all compliance, documentation and data requirements are met accurately and on time. They will liaise with employers, learners and internal teams to collect and process information, resolve queries and maintain the highest standards of service.
Working closely with the Onboarding Lead and Customer Insight Manager, the Onboarding Co-Ordinator will also contribute to continuous process improvement, digital transformation and the effective use of CRM systems to enhance the customer experience.
