What You'll Do

* Lead face-to-face meetings, present proposals, and close deals with confidence.
* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and seamless account implementation.

* Manage your sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.

What We're Looking For

o Degree or equivalent experience
o 5+ years in sales
o Proven ability to sell both inside (phone/email) and outside (in-person)
o Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
o Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels, including C-suite
o Air Freight & Ocean Freight Experience
