Join us as a Shift Manager
Be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop when the Manager isn't present, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. You'll lead the team in delivering excellent customer experiences across various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve great results and uphold shop standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensuring displays are stocked with a variety of products
5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment

About you:
You should be reliable, demonstrate leadership, and have a passion for customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, valuing diversity.
