This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital part in supporting the local community helping ensure essential equipment is safely delivered and collected for individuals who rely on it in their day-to-day lives. You will be working alongside drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics managers to keep operations running smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities Assist drivers with the delivery and collection of community equipment within scheduled timescales. Load and unload goods safely and efficiently. Support the warehouse team with picking, storage, and stock handling. Maintain excellent customer service when interacting with clients, carers, and partners. Follow all Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and Safe Systems of Work. Work as part of a team to achieve service and departmental goals. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and equipment handling.
