Location: Covering Leicester to Coventry
Package: £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+) & Company Car + Fuel Card

What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively winning new business through outbound activity
* Creating tailored proposals that meet client needs and close deals
* Achieving revenue targets through securing long-term contracts
* Building strong, lasting relationships to drive customer retention
* Spotting and capitalising on new market opportunities
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience (waste management or related industry preferred)
* A track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Confident, personable, and commercially aware
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
