Job Description
We are working with a Legal 500 law firm based on the Wirral who are looking to add a Fee Earner to their team. You will be supporting the management of a caseload of Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) claims.
Our client believes this role would be suitable for someone who is a non-qualified Legal Advisor or a Paralegal who has experience working in RTA claims handling. Legal qualifications (e.g., CILEX) are beneficial, however for this role they are not essential. The ideal candidate is somebody who has solid working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules(CPR), relevant legislations and applicable case law. Having professional experience handling bike related claims, or even experience owning/riding a motorbike would put you at a competitive advantage.
They are looking for someone who can assist with the progression of cases involving motorbikes, mopeds, push bikes, and e-scooters. This role involves assisting the litigation process to help generate a fee income and contribute to the overall success of the business. You will also be aiding in managing a caseload of MOJ (Part 8) and Part 8 cases.
This client has developed from a small legal firm to now having a team of over 1000 professionals who work across 7 different office locations. You will also be working with a friendly and experienced team who will help you contribute to success within the company.
The salary for this role will be between £25,000 - £40,000 + Package.
