About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) Coordinator to support operations across our client’s Cambridge campus. Working closely with the IFM Manager and Admin team, you will ensure the smooth delivery of daily operations, supplier management, project support, and office environment optimization. Key Responsibilities
Act as the key communication link between the IFM team, campus tenants, and third-party suppliers.
Oversee daily contract and supplier management for facilities services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities).
Support tenant lease administration, including lease records, service fee invoicing (including utilities), and day-to-day communications.
Assist in dispute resolution and general facility management.
Coordinate campus and office projects, including office fit-outs, relocations, and minor renovation works.
Monitor and track facilities service requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
