Job Title: PSV Technician Location: Berkshire Hourly Rate: £27.72 Shift: 4 on / 4 off (14:00 – 01:00) The PSV Technician Opportunity We’re currently recruiting for an experienced PSV Technician to join the engineering team at a well-established and respected bus operator based in Berkshire This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a modern fleet in a busy, well-equipped workshop environment. Key Responsibilities of the PSV Technician Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on public service vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. Complete driver-reported defect work promptly and efficiently. Record all work completed accurately using a tablet system. Always Work safely and follow company and industry standards.Requirements of the PSV Technician NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in PSV/HGV maintenance and repair or at least 5 years’ proven hands-on experience in PSV/HGV maintenance. IRTEC Vehicle Inspector qualification (or willingness to achieve within 6 months). Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. PCV licence is advantageous but not essential.
