Senior Leadership Opportunities – Nursing & Residential Care Home
We are currently recruiting for two senior leadership roles within a well-established Nursing & Residential care home, rated CQC Good in all areas.
The service provides care across:
Older People | Dementia | Physical Disability
Registered Home Manager
Salary: Up to £68,000 + performance-related bonus
Deputy Home Manager
Salary: Up to £58,000
What We’re Looking For (Both Roles)
*
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
*
Proven leadership experience within a care home setting
*
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
*
Excellent communication skills, digital literacy, and financial awareness
*
Enhanced DBS and a clear, explainable employment history
