The Role Full 360 recruitment position focused on Cyber Sales roles across the UK and European markets. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients ranging from VC-backed scale-ups to global tech vendors. Build deep relationships with top sales talent across the cyber ecosystem. Work alongside a team of cyber recruitment specialists with deep sector knowledge. Opportunity to own and grow your niche, with the support to build a team around you as the desk scales. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ 360 recruitment experience in Cyber Sales. Strong business development skills and a track record of billing success. Confident working independently while also being a team player. Driven, proactive, and commercially savvy. Ambition to progress into leadership or a principal-level billing role. What’s On Offer Basic salary up to £60,000 depending on experience. Commission up to 30% – high reward for high performance.
