Job Description
Multi Trade Floorer
Location: Mobile – Midlands Team - Significant Travel Expected across the region
Perform a wide range of tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and installations. Conduct general property maintenance and reactive repairs for commercial and residential properties.
* Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions using analytical skills.
* Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service in all projects.
* Conduct property MOTs and void works as required.
* Perform heavy lifting when necessary.

Responsibilities The Multi Trade Floorer will be carrying out:
* Execute a wide range of flooring tasks, including intricate maintenance work, custom installations, and repairs
* Conduct comprehensive property maintenance and reactive repairs for both commercial and residential properties
* Perform detailed property assessments, including MOTs and void works
* Implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) strategies
* Respond to emergency call-outs, providing swift and effective solutions
* Collaborate with other trades to complete multi-faceted projects
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications / Experience
To be successful in the Multi Trade Floorer role you must have:
* NVQ Level 2 (Ideally Level 3) in relevant industry
* At least 3 years' experience in flooring in commercial properties
* Full UK Driving Licence
