This role involves delivering Functional Skills Maths and English, supporting learners from a range of backgrounds to achieve their potential and progress into further learning or employment. This exciting role will include: Delivering engaging and effective Functional Skills Maths and English lessons Planning, preparing and assessing learning to support learner progress and achievement Motivating learners, raising aspirations, and supporting progression outcomes Contributing positively to curriculum development and the wider teaching team If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd love to hear from you: Experience of teaching Functional Skills and/or GCSE Maths A full teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one The ability to deliver high-quality teaching and be a good or outstanding practitioner Strong planning, organisation and communication skills, with a learner-focused approach For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no or limited teaching experience.
