We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of secondary schools across Tunbridge Wells. Whether you're looking for 1 day a week or full-time supply, we can offer work to suit your availability.

The Role:
* Supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay on task
* Supporting pupils with their learning
* Working across a range of subjects (no planning required)

What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills
* Confidence managing a classroom
* A proactive and adaptable attitude
