Electrical Supervisor
37 hours per week, based in Preston
Up to £44,463.19 per annum
What will you be doing in this role?
As the subject matter expert for electrical services, you'll support the Mechanical & Electrical Manager in the successful and compliant delivery of the organisation's electrical work with responsibility for electrical safety, fire alarm and detection systems, PAT compliance and communication between the organisation and the NICEIC. You'll supervise a team of Electrical Technicians providing coaching, mentoring, support and operating as Qualified Supervisor.
What we are looking for:
* You'll share our values and demonstrate these in your work.
* You'll be a fully qualified electrician with experience of a wide range of domestic electrical work.
* You'll have experience of carrying out the Qualified Supervisor role with the NICEIC or equivalent scheme provider.
* You'll have previous experience of supervising operatives in a repairs environment with the ability to coach and mentor colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
* You'll have a full driving licence and vehcile insured for business use.
Working Arrangements
This role is based at our gorgeous dock-side offices. You should generally expect to be in the office at least 90% of the time, with the role requiring visits to our field operatives and our tenants.
