We are currently seeking experienced Sales & Customer Service Advisors to handle enquiries for our popular courses.
Main Role Responsibilities
* Handling inbound course enquiries
* Communicating via phone, email & text
* Checking eligibility for public funding
* Promoting the company’s products & services
* Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets
* Recording data onto the company IT system
Candidate Specification
* Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual
* Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills
* Experience working towards telesales KPIs
* Good levels of English and Maths
* Good knowledge of IT
