Office Administrator (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term, Part-Time) We are looking for a reliable and flexible Office Administrator to join our client on a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week) at their Avonmouth office. This is a fixed-term maternity cover with an immediate start available. About the Role: You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support within a small team, helping the office run smoothly. This is a varied role where no two days are exactly the same. Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming phone calls and manage general correspondence * Draft and respond to emails professionally * Support the team with day-to-day office tasks and administration * Use office systems and software to maintain records and processes Skills & Experience: * Previous office IT experience preferred * Comfortable communicating by phone and email * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Experience with Xero or Sage is a bonus (full training provided) * Driving licence and access to your own transport essential due to location Working Hours & Pay: * Part-time: 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday * Flexible start and finish times * Pay: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy supporting a small team, this could be a great opportunity for you.
