A leading education services provider in Wakefield is seeking a proactive 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT Service Desk. You will support offices, schools, and care homes, resolving technical issues and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include owning incident tickets, escalating complex issues, and improving processes. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in support roles, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and excellent communication skills.
