Go-Ahead is seeking a Senior Bus Scheduler to play a pivotal role in shaping our public transport networks across the UK. 🔍 What You’ll Do
* Lead the planning, scheduling, and rostering of bus networks using HASTUS
* Analyse operational data to optimise timetables, vehicle allocation, and driver rosters
* Support tender submissions with accurate, competitive scheduling documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align service planning with real-world needs
* Apply advanced HASTUS functions to solve complex scheduling challenges
* Stay ahead of industry best practices and system innovations
đź§ What You Bring
* Minimum 3 years hands on HASTUS scheduling, or in another computerised scheduling solution such as the Omni Suite or Austrics. HASTUS experience is highly preferred.
* Advanced skills in data import/export, rule creation, and attribute management
* Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools (preferred)
* Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
* Adaptability in a fast-paced, agile environment
* A proactive, self-starting attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

🌍 Working Environment
You’ll be based in London with occasional travel across the UK, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Hastus Scheduling Project Manager to standardise scheduling across 12 operating companies. This role requires excellent communication and alignment skills to navigate diverse operational needs and drive business change.
