Strong technical competence in electrical design, calculations, and specifications. Experience managing and developing teams. Knowledge of building regulations, energy standards, low-carbon systems, and smart building technologies. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and technical software (Elec OM, Amtech, Dialux) desirable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.
