Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who wants an opportunity to progress in their career. You will be joining a small team of 5 experienced consultants who are given the autonomy to develop thier own desks (no outdated KPI's or micro-management), but always have support from the team and manager when needed. You will need a ‘can do’ approach to work and have plenty of enthusiasm and energy to be the right fit for the team.

Role responsibilities
* 360 Recruitment Role
* Advertising on job boards & CV searching
* Pre-screening candidates and meeting candidates face to face for registration
* Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
* Building relationships with using and non-using schools, servicing their recruitment needs
* Building strong relationships with your candidates - marketing your candidates out to your client schools
* Managing, maintaining and growing your business
