Position: HR Administrator - TUPE
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Birmingham - Own transport is essential due to location
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE
Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office, 2 Days Home

Purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support and advice to HR and operating teams on TUPE gains and losses. The role supports the management / HR team within the business.
Must have previous experience within a HR function with a broad knowledge of employment law and specific knowledge of legislation covering TUPE is essential.
Responsibilities
1. Providing administrative support to 9,000 units and 4,500 Management Employees in relation to contract mobilisations and demobilisation's, in line with existing internal procedures
2. Ensure that all administrative legal obligations are adhered to and excellent customer service is given
3. Communication via email and letter correspondence and via telephone with various levels of management and external parties
4. Ensuring all transferring employees are paid correctly and on time
