As a Business Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and sending finance agreements and documentation for e-signature.
* Managing ID checks and compliance processes.
* Liaising with suppliers and lenders to obtain invoices and documentation
* Answering client queries via phone and email promptly and professionally
* Checking and processing forms completed by the sales team
* Handling document preparation including scanning, shredding, and filing
* Assisting with ad-hoc tasks from Directors
As a Business Administrator, your experience will include:
* Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Ideally, some understanding of finance or invoicing processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
