Field Service Engineer – Lincolnshire Region
Location: Lincolnshire (Field-Based)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Day Shift Monday to Friday
On-Call Requirement: Included (Rota-Based)

An established and respected industry leader in specialist communication systems is seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated service team, covering the Lincolnshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
* Attend customer sites to investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of communication systems (including Warden Call, Nurse Call, and Door Entry).
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance visits with a focus on customer service and technical excellence.
* Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota providing emergency support.
* Complete detailed reports outlining site issues, root causes, and recommended solutions.
* Deliver product training to end-users as required.
* Maintain close collaboration with internal teams including Customer Service, Service Support, and regional Sales Managers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.
* Represent company values and uphold professional ethics in all interactions.
Candidate Profile:
* Hands-on experience with Warden Call, Nurse Call, or Door Entry systems is essential for this position.
* Tunstall Experience is desirable for this position.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
* Practical, adaptable, and able to learn new systems quickly.
* Self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision.
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Willingness to travel and be part of an on-call support schedule, including out-of-hours work.
