Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver lectures in English subjects (Functional Skills, GCSE, A Levels, English Literature, English Language) according to the curriculum and educational level.
Prepare educational material and coursework.
Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain records of students' progress, attendance, and grades.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
