Our product is making a massive impact and completely changing the recruitment industry, so despite being a fairly young business, we've been able to scale quickly and have even expanded our target market (we've sold to a top 4 Premier League football team and various software vendors). We've also won 4 separate awards and launched our first US office earlier this year.
This hire will be joining meet DWIGHT's team in Chelmsford in a 360 sales role.
This is perfect for someone that wants to join a high-growth start-up in a super collaborative team that are going from strength to strength. We're looking for a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, who can show initiative and has a genuine curiosity, and ultimately is a target-driven, consultative seller.
The Role
* Managing the full sales-cycle from prospecting to close
* Selling into the recruitment sector, predominantly mid-sized & larger recruitment businesses
* Speaking with C-Suite level personas
* Meeting monthly and quarterly targets
* Working closely with the wider sales team and Sales Director
Who You Are
* A 360 recruiter passionate about business development, who wants to step into SaaS sales
* Or an experienced SaaS/tech salesperson looking to join a fast-growing start-up

* Comfortable managing a full 360 sales process from prospecting to close
