Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their fast-growing family run organisation as an Operations Manager, reporting into the Operations Director.
Main responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day factory and delivery functions
Manging the customer service team and managing the staff rota’s
Tracking of the drivers’ movements and routes
Ensuring company vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly
Ensure orders are done accurately and delivered timeously to clients
Supporting the production operations and ensuring compliance is met throughout the factory
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent Leadership and motivational skills
Good attention to detail
