What would my role be?
This is an office-based internal sales role, focused on proactive outbound outreach and business development.
Your role will include:
* Proactively contacting prospective clients by phone and email
* Generating new business opportunities
* Booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team
* Re-engaging existing and lapsed accounts
* Building relationships with key decision-makers
* Managing and updating the CRM system
You will be based full-time in the Birmingham office, working closely with the wider sales team in a collaborative and energetic environment.
As you progress, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, manage accounts directly, and move into senior sales positions.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided from day one.
