An award-winning charitable social enterprise in the Scottish Borders is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nursing Home Manager to join their dynamic Senior Management Team.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take a strategic leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and holistic care are consistently delivered. You will champion innovation, promote independence for residents, and cultivate a warm, caring environment aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.
What we’re looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
* Degree or postgraduate qualification in Health, Social Care, Social Work, Nursing (RGN/RMN), or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years’ management experience in supported living, domiciliary care or care home setting
* Strong clinical leadership and confident regulatory knowledge (Care Inspectorate or equivalent)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with care planning, auditing, HRIS, and medication management systems
* Outstanding communication, planning and organisational skills
* A collaborative, ethical, and innovative leader committed to raising sector standards
