Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with a prestigious and well-established legal firm for a talented temporary Receptionist to join their busy Belfast office. This opportunity is a maternity cover for a minimum of 10 months with the view to potentially be extended. We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact at this busy law firm. In this front-of-house role, you will greet clients, manage incoming calls, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support to the legal team. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintaining a welcoming environment and delivering excellent client service. For you to excel at in this role experience working as a Receptionist would be beneficial but not required. This role will require you to manage a busy front of house area, delivering on deadlines and multitasking are key. Being proficient in IT systems and the Microsoft suite are advantageous. If you have great customer experience and love cultivating relationships, then this is the role for you. The salary for this role is £24,500 and working hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.
