Your Responsibilities Property Transactions: Act on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, working closely with developers and investors. Finance Matters: Advise borrowers and lenders on secured lending transactions, including property-backed finance arrangements. Landlord & Tenant: Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial lease agreements, including renewals and assignments. Pension Trusts: Handle transactions involving SIPPs and SASS pension schemes, with support to grow your knowledge in this niche area. Team Support & Growth: Contribute to the growth and reputation of the team through client care, collaboration, and business development. Previous experience handling commercial property matters is essential. Exposure to property development or investment transactions is highly desirable. Legal Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. A commercial, solutions-led mindset is key. Client Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and responsiveness. Motivation: A team player who is confident taking on responsibility, with the drive to contribute to team success.
