Base pay range
Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Bury - M26
Pay Rate: £13.69 to £15.83 per hour
Position: Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: May 2025
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a reputable alternative provision in Bury, As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities for the behaviour mentor:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and review individualised education plans (IEPs).
Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to senior leadership.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.About the Provision:

Qualifications and Experience for the behaviour mentor:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
