 
        Your new company A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation based in Wrexham, known for its cutting-edge facilities and commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. This site plays a key role in global production and is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to support its operations on a rolling 12-month fixed-term contract. Your new role As Maintenance Manager, you'll report to the Maintenance & Reliability Director and lead a team of approximately 10 direct reports. You'll be responsible for: Overseeing the maintenance strategy for all process equipment Leading troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical improvement initiatives Managing internal and external service providers Driving continuous improvement and reliability-centred maintenance practices Ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality standards Supporting CapEx projects and shutdown planning Providing out-of-hours support when requiredThis is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, regulated environment, requiring close collaboration with production, engineering, procurement, and external vendors.
