Are you an organised, detail-loving Contracts Administrator looking for your next challenge in a global business? Whether you are early in your career or already have contract admin experience, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading IT workplace solutions company.
This is not your average administration job, you will be supporting both clients and contracts while working alongside a friendly, supportive team.
The role
Following workflows to process client and contract requests from start to finish
Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and commercial agreements
Keeping contract records accurate and up to date
Liaising with internal teams and external clients to keep things running smoothly
Assisting with order processing, invoice management, and payment tracking
Handling calls and emails with professionalism
Being the go-to support for the wider client services and contracts teams
The candidate
Previous admin or client services experience (essential); contract admin experience is a big plus!
Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
A confident communicator who can handle both written and verbal communication with ease.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and other CRM systems.
Someone proactive, reliable, and happy working both independently and as part of a team
