* Leading a small team to execute the Schools Capital Programme, encompassing construction, renovation, and enhancements to facilities.
* Collaborating with various departments to assess the capital improvement programme, particularly in relation to accommodation with care and support
* Conducting an audit of existing contracts and collaborating with the FM team to ensure the presence of contracts for suppliers and/or works programmes
* Offering guidance on technical specifications and necessary works for larger reactive repairs and capital projects
* Providing Programme Management, inclusive of internal approvals, to contribute to business cases
* Engaging with the schools team to coordinate and assist schools in implementing the condition improvement programme.
Requirements
* Proven experience in project management or programme delivery
* Strong understanding of construction and facilities management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes
