What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting a senior solicitor with a varied caseload
* Audio typing and preparing correspondence and legal documents
* Liaising with clients with empathy and professionalism
* Diary management, meeting coordination, and file preparation
* Helping to manage Conveyancing administration paperwork
* Supporting with digital and paper filing, billing, and client record management
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has Legal Secretary experience within a Rural Property department
* Understands the importance of discretion, accuracy, and client care
* Is confident using MS Office and legal case management systems
* Communicates clearly and compassionately – both with clients and colleagues
* Works well as part of a team and takes real pride in their work
