The Opportunity Reporting to the Asset Manager, this role is pivotal in the comprehensive management of Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ), a dynamic retail precinct in Western Sydney. The Senior Centre Manager will oversee the established ECQ Shopping Centre and ECQ XL, while playing a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of the highly anticipated ECQ Outlet—the third exciting stage of the precinct. Set to open in early 2026, ECQ Outlet will introduce Western Sydney's first large-scale outlet retail destination, featuring up to 100 brands with a minimum of 70% of stock offered at discounted prices. This development will also encompass vibrant community spaces, dining options, and entertainment facilities, enhancing the overall customer experience. The Senior Centre Manager will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to retail tenants, customers, and stakeholders, while driving growth in centre performance. This includes ensuring seamless integration of the new outlet into the existing precinct, fostering strong tenant relationships, and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. What You’ll Do Build relationships with retailers, customers, residents and other internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate a passion, commitment and ‘can do’ approach to dealing with customers, based on clear and precise communications Support retailers and development team through launch and stabilisation of ECQ Outlet Foster relationships with retailers to understand their businesses and provide support to enable future growth Work with National Marketing to formulate marketing strategy for execution by centre teams Complete and execute quarterly asset plan inclusive of leasing strategy, competitor review, financial and valuation information and stakeholder engagement plan Prepare monthly reports, including tenant issues, income and expenditure variance reporting, arrears and leasing activity Report on operational matters, capital expenditure projects, key contract performance and carpark operations Implement policies and manage to ensure a well presented, safe and sustainable retail centre Work with Operations to implement policies, contracts and manage service delivery levels Implement any operational sustainability initiatives across the asset working with retailers to minimise their footprint Embrace all HS&E policies, procedures, processes developed by FPA What You’ll Bring Hold a current NSW Real Estate Licence or equivalent Tertiary qualification in Property Economics or similar desirable Reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated self-starter Intermediate level using current Microsoft Office Suites, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent Financial Acumen and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum 5 years’ experience working in centre management teams in similar role
