Job Description
A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, passionate about our product and engaging with our customers to deliver an excellent experience in-store.
Role
* Monitor and support the achievement of store KPI’s by assisting the Store Manager to drive performance.
* Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maximizing every sales opportunity.
* Support the Store Manager in training and developing team members.
* Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and brand, while processing sales transactions carefully.
* Assist in visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
* Ensure customers have a positive experience, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a healthy and safe store environment.
* Provide customers with information about products, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
* Implement markdowns and price alterations within agreed timescales.
* Keep products tidy, presentable, and replenish stock as needed.
* Process deliveries promptly.

* Managing a small team is desirable but not essential.

* Rest and relaxation are important. We offer above statutory holiday entitlement—33 days per year (including bank holidays). After 5 years, you will be rewarded with an extra 2 days. All holiday is pro-rata for part-time staff.
