* Stabilize and strengthen a high‑performing team delivering a managed service in Digital & Transformation
* Drive recruitment of contingent labour to fill critical capability and capacity gaps.
* Ensure compliance with departmental and government frameworks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across DTG, DWP, and the wider Civil Service.
* Lead operational contract management and act as a subject matter expert.
* Influence strategic decisions by presenting data‑driven solutions to senior leaders.
This is a leadership role with real impact. You’ll manage a talented team, shape our People Plan, and work with Commercial partners to deliver cost‑effective, dynamic solutions that meet evolving demands.
