You will support pupils with SEN, SEMH needs, helping them regulate behaviour, build confidence and re-engage with learning. The school provides a structured, nurturing environment with small classes, strong pastoral support and an experienced team. Key Responsibilities Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs across KS2 or 3/4 Deliver behaviour management and de-escalation strategies Provide 1:1 and small-group learning and emotional support Implement behaviour plans and risk assessments Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and engagement Uphold safeguarding and welfare procedures The Ideal Candidate Calm, resilient and nurturing, with experience supporting SEMH or SEN pupils.
