London, Kings Cross | 40 hrs/week | £35.10 p/hr (Inside IR35)
We’re looking for a Project Manager (Retail Merchandising) to lead planning, execution, and reporting for VR and wearable product demos across France and wider EMEA. You’ll ensure in-store displays, demo units, and fixtures are installed, maintained, and compliant—working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
What you’ll do:
* Manage large-scale merchandising projects across multiple retail locations.
* Build execution plans, timelines, and budgets for product launches.
* Oversee 3rd-party labor agencies, fixture/display partners, and vendors.
* Track execution, analyze demo data, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with channel marketing, sales, operations, and analytics teams.
What we’re looking for:
* Fluent French
* 5+ years in retail merchandising and project management.
* Experience managing 3rd-party labor and vendor relationships.
* Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly detail-oriented with experience in fixture/display production and installs.
