Our client provides a range of services (mainly software & applications) to customers in legal, health & safety, employment law, ISO regulation, and cyber security fields.
They currently have a Core IT Team of 5, expanding to 13 this year, providing a foundation team for you to work with. The company's strategy involves standardising and unifying CRM, ERP, and core IT systems.
Additionally, the firm plans to grow via acquisitions, leading to numerous IT projects involving migration of newly acquired firms’ infrastructure into the main system. This is an exciting opportunity to join during a period of significant growth.
Role Overview
You will review business processes of acquired companies, collaborate with the Systems Architect and stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integrations, and analyze IT environments. Your responsibilities include gathering business and technical requirements, mapping processes, and supporting migrations across Office 365, HR, finance, and cloud platforms. You will act as the key link between technology and business needs, facilitating smooth integration of acquired companies into the core infrastructure.
Key Skills
* Solid Business Analyst experience
* Experience with Cloud projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise applications
* Process mapping, data flow documentation, and system analysis
* Hands-on tenant-to-tenant migrations and enterprise software integration
* Workflow documentation and consolidation planning
* Ability to translate technical info into business language
* Project tracking and delivery management
Nice to Have Skills
* Technology Integration experience
* Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, automation tools
Projects
1. Assess and document IT environments of acquired companies, identifying gaps and risks
2. Analyze business and technical requirements for system integration
3. Support migrations for Office 365, HR, finance, and other platforms
4. Collaborate with the Systems Architect to design and implement integration strategies
5. Translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal disruption
6. Assist in post-integration support and troubleshooting
