What You’ll Do
The Specialist Sales team supports Vodafone Business UK in driving AOV in strategic growth areas, providing technical and commercial expertise. Our Sales Leads are product experts, owning opportunities and building team capability. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing plans to exceed annual order value targets
* Managing complex or large-scale sales opportunities from qualification to close
* Leading the sales process from a solution perspective
* Building internal stakeholder relationships to support sales objectives
* Forecasting and reporting sales performance accurately and timely
* Upskilling account teams on product portfolios to identify opportunities
* Collaborating with Product and Proposition managers to influence future development
* Staying updated on industry and product trends to be a product line expert
Who You Are
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to persuade and influence
* Experience selling complex products in a B2B environment
* Deep understanding of a Specialist product area (e.g., Fixed, UC, IoT, MPN, DLM)
* A continuous desire to learn, develop, and achieve
