Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
* Maintain accurate data entry and organise files using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
* Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping
* Assist with billing, payroll, and other clerical duties to support daily office functions
* Ensure the office environment is tidy, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
* Support team members with administrative needs to enhance overall efficiency
Requirements
* Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and high level of professionalism in all interactions
