The Agent Ticket Sales is responsible for serving customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic manner and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial way.
What You’ll Do
* Promotes and sells air travel with American Airlines, prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets
* Answer inquiries regarding general travel information
* Reconcile auditor’s coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received
* Must be able to accomplish personal audits
* Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
* Knowledge of reservations and Sabre skills
* Average oral and written communication skills
* Candidates must meet public contact profile
