About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Team Leader at our unique site in Menstrie! This is your chance to make a real impact by enhancing engineering and operational performance.
In this role, you will:
* Prioritize safety and quality in all engineering tasks across the site.
* Lead and manage the shift team for day-to-day reactive, corrective, and planned maintenance.
* Monitor site information channels to ensure trades are allocated to critical issues.
* Be accountable for the performance of the shift team based on key site measures.
This is a shift-based role, operating on a rotating 4-week schedule of 12-hour day shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead health & safety initiatives, ensuring all engineering activities meet standards.
* Implement Kerry policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Monitor maintenance performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
* Communicate key performance messages and address any issues affecting production.
* Collaborate with other functions to deliver best practice engineering solutions.
* Engage positively with teams, understanding customer needs and building credibility.
* Lead daily and weekly engineering meetings to review priorities and maintenance activities.
* Motivate and develop your team through effective leadership and coaching.
* Manage and deliver the weekly maintenance works schedule.
What You Can Bring to the Role
* Relevant Electrical or Mechanical Trade qualification, diploma, or degree.
* Significant experience in a similar role or previous line management experience.
* Knowledge of the food industry.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability to build solid working relationships.
* Familiarity with maintenance best practices and CMMS systems (SAP PM).
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Good technical analysis ability and proficiency in report writing.
* Ability to interpret CAD drawings for electrical, mechanical, and facilities applications.
* Fluency in English.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
