Chef de Partie – Organic Farm Kitchen & Restaurant | £35,000 OTE Benefits | 45 hrs | Daytime Hours Location: Gloucestershire (Cotswolds) Salary: £31,000 base approx. £4,000 tips/service (OTE £35,000 per annum) Hours: 45 hours per week | 5 shifts | 7:00am – 4:00pm | Flexibility for evening events About the Role We’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our award-winning organic farm and restaurant, where sustainability, craftsmanship, and quality come together. You’ll work across our farm shop kitchen, delicatessen, restaurant, and private event spaces, using organic produce grown on-site to prepare nourishing, seasonal food. Every ingredient has a story — from field to fork — and this role offers the opportunity to be part of a culinary environment that’s as creative as it is ethical. Your Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality, seasonal dishes using organic farm produce. Support food production across multiple outlets — including the deli, restaurant, delivery service, and Heritage House events. Maintain consistent presentation and quality while managing your section efficiently. Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials alongside senior chefs. Maintain stock rotation, mise en place, and section readiness daily. Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance. Share your passion and skills by supporting and mentoring junior chefs. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. About You Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef) in a fresh food, quality-driven environment. A passion for organic, seasonal ingredients and sustainability. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with modern cooking techniques. Adaptable and confident working across different kitchen operations (farm shop, restaurant, and events). Strong attention to detail, organisation, and clear communication. Calm, positive, and professional under pressure.
