Job Purpose
To lead Business Support services for Education, including the Specialist Teaching and Psychology Services, ensuring efficient administration, high-quality data management, and effective coordination of resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Line manage, supervise, and appraise Business Support staff.
* Manage workloads and team rotas to ensure effective service delivery.
* Oversee data management and quality assurance processes.
* Support budget monitoring and resource management.
* Coordinate work across services and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Requirements
* Experience in line management and performance reviews.
* Strong organisational and workload management skills.
* Experience with data management and quality assurance.
* Budget awareness or experience.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
