Reporting directly to our Technical Records and Planning Manager, this permanent role offers the flexibility to be based at either our Doncaster or Lasham, Hampshire sites. The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Management of Airworthiness Data Library, control and update the Index and Server. Super User/Administrator for all TCH/OEM Publication Portals, administer users and access permissions. Manage subscriptions and renewals. Manage email subscriptions and alerts to all airworthiness publications and data. Capture, obtain, distribute and file airworthiness data, publications and manuals, including control of the Master Incoming Data Table (MIDT) Manual monthly checks of Airworthiness Data Library and CAMO Status Board for correct revision status Manual checks of NAA regulatory publications and material, including checks of Biweekly AD reports.
