Overview
Looking for a rewarding role where your experience is truly valued? A well-established council in the central belt is searching for a skilled social worker to join their safeguarding team, with flexibility to make life easier and support your work‑life balance.
You’ll benefit from working four days from home, with just 2 days in the office each week. The role also offers the flexibility to leave work early when needed to accommodate childcare or other personal responsibilities, ensuring that your work-life balance stays in check.
On top of that, we provide an enhanced loyalty bonus – £2 per hour minimum added to the standard pay rate for that council. You’ll also have the chance to participate in regular team socials, where you can build connections and enjoy downtime with a supportive and friendly team.
The start date can be as soon as possible, so if you’re looking to get settled into your new role quickly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll be joining a team led by senior managers who are supportive, approachable, and committed to providing regular supervision. They’re looking for an experienced social worker who can step in, manage a balanced caseload, and handle a few complex cases with confidence.
